How do I message an instructor?
(School Administrators)
1. Log in to My Course Portal with your School Administrator account. (Please let us know if you need assistance with your login credentials.)
2. From the Dashboard, select "Messages" from the left-hand menu.
3. Select "Compose New" at the top right.
- You can also contact your student's instructor by selecting "My Teachers" in the left-hand menu, then selecting the "Message My Instructor" button next to the appropriate instructor.
4. In the message window, you can change "ALL" in the top field to the appropriate course to filter down to the instructor of that course, or you can skip this and go directly to the "To:" field and choose the instructor you want to contact from the list. Enter your subject and add your message.
5. Select the "Send Message" button at the bottom right when you are finished
Select the paperclip icon at the bottom to attach documents if needed.
