How to Check if Students Have Started Their New Course
School administrators can verify whether students have begun their newly assigned online courses in three locations within the platform.
To review the student progress data, log in to My Course Portal using your School Administrator account. (Please let us know if you need assistance with your login credentials.)
1. Attendance Report (Dashboard)
* From your Dashboard, select the Attendance Report.
* Review the list of students and their attendance status.
* If a student has not accessed their course, their attendance data will reflect no recent activity.
2. New Enrollment Report (Dashboard)
* On the Dashboard, open the New Enrollment Report.
* This report lists all students recently enrolled in courses.
* Students with no recorded activity are likely those who have not yet started.
3. Course Enrollment List – “Last Activity Date”
* Go to the section where students’ names and enrolled courses are listed.
* Locate the column labeled Last Activity Date.
* If the Last Activity Date is blank, the student has not yet accessed the course.
Tip: Use all three reports together to get the most accurate view of student engagement, especially during the first week of enrollment.
