Where can I find the administrative exam password?

(School Administrators)

The administrative password will open every semester exam for every student in every course. It should only be used when the password sent by the instructor did not work or you did not receive it in time.  Please DO NOT share this password with students. The administrative password will be updated every Monday. You can find the administrative password in My Course Portal. The password is always kept under the "bell" icon in the top right-hand corner. Click on the bell and then click on the "view all" button. 

Please confirm that the student has submitted all assignments. Once the semester exam is started, students may not go back and submit work.
